Associated Black Charities’ Board Pipeline Program is a strategic intervention that connects nonprofit boards of directors in the Baltimore region and its surrounding areas with a cadre of professionals of color who have received training and professional development from ABC for board service, and thus are fully prepared to hit the ground running as board members. The Goldseker Foundation provided initial seed funding and this grant provided continued program support.
