Baltimore Community Lending (BCL) is in its 32nd year serving Baltimore through providing capital to finance critical housing projects, supporting developers working in some of the most challenged neighborhoods in Baltimore, and providing access to capital to underserved populations. Recently, BCL created Baltimore Business Lending, LLC, a small business loan program designed to break down barriers for credit to small businesses, particularly minority and women-owned firms. This grant provided general operating support.
