Baltimore Corps’ mission is to build the city’s next generation of leaders by recruiting, developing, and connecting outstanding young professionals to serve as fellows at effective nonprofits, social enterprises, and government agencies to scale solutions that work. Baltimore Corps creates leadership opportunities for professionals, it also aims to expand the strategic capacity of high-impact organizations and ultimately, strengthen Baltimore. There are now more than 150 Baltimore Corps participants who have either completed fellowships or are currently active in the program. This two-year grant of $125,000 per year provided core operating support.
