Baltimore Homecoming aims to build an alumni network of the city’s most accomplished natives and expats from around the country, reconnect them with their hometown, and foster new local investments, partnerships and philanthropy. Its first objective is to tap into a new market for social and economic investment that can spur development and growth. This grant provided program planning support.
