Baltimoreans United In Leadership Development (BUILD) is a broad-based, non-partisan, interfaith, multiracial community power organization rooted in Baltimore’s neighborhoods and congregations. This grant provided funds to support BUILD’s community organizing in West Baltimore, which the Foundation has supported since 2015.
