Banner Neighborhoods is a nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to supporting residents in their efforts to enhance the quality of life throughout East and Southeast Baltimore. Banner’s mission is to promote resident-based leadership, neighborhood pride and stability, and provide direct services. Banner Neighborhoods has existed since 1982. This Management Assistance Grant provided funds for Banner to create its first strategic plan.
