Greater Baybrook Alliance is a community development organization whose mission is to engage and empower stakeholders across Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County to revitalize the Baybrook Peninsula through investment, collaboration, and advocacy. In 2015 and 2016, with a seed grant from the Goldseker Foundation, Strong City Baltimore gathered stakeholders from the Brooklyn, Curtis Bay, and Brooklyn Park neighborhoods to create the Greater Baybrook Vision and Action Plan, which led to the creation of the Greater Baybrook Alliance and an award of $710,000 from the State’s Baltimore Regional Neighborhoods Initiative in 2017. This grant provided core operating support.
