The Reinvestment Fund Development Partners (DP) is a nonprofit housing developer (formerly affiliated with The Reinvestment Fund (TRF)) with broad experience in repositioning real estate assets and markets in the mid-Atlantic region, particularly Baltimore City. DP seeks to create wealth and opportunities for the communities it serves by making real estate investments that reinforce community assets, revitalize downward markets, and create suitable environments for market growth. Since 2014, the Goldseker Foundation has supported DP’s work in partnership with Baltimoreans United in Leadership Development (BUILD) in Johnston Square in East Baltimore. This grant provided funds for core operating support.
