In 2015, Southeast CDC was the largest employer assisted housing counseling provider for Live Near York Work benefits, and the second largest low/moderate income housing counseling provider within the city. The CDC completed $100,000 of placemaking projects in the Highlandtown Main Street District, and distributed $1 million in capital funds to ten projects in Southeast Baltimore under the State of Maryland’s Baltimore Regional Neighborhoods Initiative. The CDC is also the community school partner for Highlandtown #237 Elementary/Middle School. This $100,000 grant provides funds for core operating expenses.
