The Bethel Outreach Center operates the Empowerment and Wellness Center (EWC), a community resource hub that connects people to resources and service providers. Through these connections, the Center seeks to improve the quality of life and well-being of West Baltimore City’s Upton community and beyond. This grant provided operating support for costs associated with the EWC.
