Founded in 2009, the Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women (BLSYW) is a 6th through 12th grade public charter school that enrolls 525 students selected through a city-wide open lottery process. Both of the initial graduating classes (in 2016 and 2017) posted 100 percent college acceptance. This Management Assistance Grant provided funds for leadership planning.
