Enterprise Development Group makes small business and vehicle loans and operates a business incubator and a tax clinic. For more than 20 years, EDC has made loans in Washington, DC, northern Virginia, and metropolitan Baltimore to startup and existing businesses. EDG’s parent organization, Ethiopian Community Development Council, is a National Voluntary Agency authorized by the US Department of State to resettle refugees. This grant provided program support for EDG’s Baltimore activities.
