GEDCO provides affordable housing with supportive services and assists in meeting emergency needs of community residents. In 2013, GEDCO underwent an executive leadership transition. The Board of Directors has also since brought on several new members. The organization has also developed new revenue generating lines of business. Now 3+ years into new leadership, staff and board leaders are ready to evaluate all of GEDCO’s programs as a whole, their financial sustainability, and the organization’s structure. This Management Assistance Grant provided funds for a consultant to assist with developing an overall methodology for program evaluation and sustainability.
