Meraki Community Uplift serves as a catalyst for communities to empower themselves and each other through programming, community organizing, and encouraging economic sustainability. The organization bridges core life skills, as well as progressive ideals and initiatives to transform neighborhoods beginning with the Oliver community of East Baltimore. This grant provided support for the community farm in Oliver, which provides free fresh produce to its residents.
