In January 2019, Southeast CDC’s executive director of more than a decade was appointed Director of the Baltimore City Department of Planning. In late April, the board of SECDC named a new permanent executive director, an existing staff member who had been acting in an interim capacity. This Management Assistance Grant provided funds for consulting services for executive transition and fund development.
