The Southeast CDC (SECDC) is dedicated to growing and supporting a thriving, socioeconomically and racially diverse Southeast Baltimore where residents share in the success and improvement of their communities. In addition to its community revitalization work, the SECDC offers financial counseling, first time homeownership counseling, and foreclosure prevention counseling, and is the lead agency for three Community Schools. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the SECDC has been focused on supporting its most vulnerable residents. This grant provided support for SECDC’s emergency assistance program for immigrant families.
