The Southwest Partnership consists of residents, business owners, workers, visitors, church members, and partners in the neighborhoods of Barre Circle, Franklin Square, Hollins Roundhouse, Mount Clare, Pigtown, Poppleton, and Union Square, building an awesome, cohesive community of choice where diversity is strength. Working closely with the University of Maryland, the University of Maryland Medical Center, and Bon Secours, the Partnership developed a strategic plan for community improvements designed to position their neighborhoods as a vibrant part of Baltimore’s future. This grant provided core operating support.
