In the fall of 2018, Calvin Rodwell merged with Grove Park Elementary/Middle School. After a period of construction, the school community returned to a new 21st Century School building on its original site in January 2020. Through this transition, Calvin Rodwell Elementary/Middle School’s enrollment skyrocketed. The school is currently serving nearly 850 students. Over these years Calvin Rodwell has built a strong reputation. Despite its increasing population, the school has built a robust community of teachers, parents and students. This grant provided funds in support of student and staff wholeness and continuation of the school’s community-building strategy.
