Formerly SWCOS, the Center for Restorative Change, embedded within the University of Maryland Baltimore’s School of Social Work, has operated the Neighborhood Fellows program since 2005. The program offers internship assignments for School of Social Work graduate students to add staff capacity to community development organizations working to build stronger neighborhoods in Baltimore city. This grant provided funds to support the Neighborhood Fellows Program.
