The Edmondson Community Organization (ECO) represents the Midtown-Edmondson communities. Its work is centered in a corridor that is actively planning for Amtrak’s B&P tunnel replacement project, the large scale commercial transit-oriented development (TOD) associated with the new West Baltimore MARC station project, and the forthcoming iteration of the reinvigorated Red Line project. This grant provided core operating support.
