The Baltimore Women’s Giving Circle at the Baltimore Community Foundation brings together women philanthropists with a common goal: to empower women and their families in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. By pooling and leveraging their enthusiasm, intellectual, and financial resources, BWGC tries to bring about change through the power of grant-making. Its education programs broaden members’ knowledge of the crises in healthcare, employment, education, and housing, and show members how they can help in their communities. This Management Assistance Grant provided funds for a needs analysis, solution identification, and implementation of a membership management system.
