Baltimore’s Promise Collaborative is a collective impact effort focused on creating a continuum of care and services for all youth across their life span in hopes of improving outcomes. The organization is focused on building a culture of shared accountability and collaboration across Baltimore City. This grant provided funds for general operating support.
