Blue Water Baltimore’s mission is to restore the quality of Baltimore’s rivers, streams and harbor to foster a healthy environment, a strong economy, and thriving communities. Blue Water Baltimore was formed in 2010 from the merger of five small, geographically focused watershed organizations. Since that time, the organization has experienced significant programmatic, staff, and budget growth. This grant provided funds for strategic planning.
