Brioxy/Fusion Partnerships is cultivating a model of development that supports innovators of color to become the driving force of change in their neighborhoods. This intentional community approach brings critical resources to neighborhoods and helps to reduce food deserts across the city. This grant supported the efforts to distribute fresh food to the Penn North/Reservoir Hill community through the Countered: Fresh Produce Market.
