The Conscious Venture Lab (CVL) is an early-stage business accelerator with the goal of developing companies and leaders who embrace capitalism as a powerful catalyst for good in society. CVL formed the Novella Center for Entrepreneurship (a 501c3) to partner with organizations that create and administer training programs to expose entrepreneurs, early-stage founders, and CEOs to the tenets of stakeholder theory and conscious capitalism, two inter-related investment concepts rooted in creating value for all interconnected stakeholders (not just shareholders). By mentoring and supporting founders with big ideas that others neglect for the wrong reasons, CVL help create pathways to generational wealth and improved societal outcomes through a 16-week accelerator program. This grant provided core operating support.
