Drink at the Well (The Well) is a community-building and workforce development organization serving female survivors of poverty related trauma (exploitation, addiction, and abuse) in South Baltimore. Started as a volunteer organization in 2004, its Curtis Bay location opened in 2013 to provide mentorship, life planning-related case management, and life skills workshops in the areas of health, finances, and job-readiness. This grant provided core operating support for The Well’s social enterprice, Hon’s Honey.
