In November 2016, the Goldseker Foundation awarded HEBCAC a planning grant to develop a housing market strategy for revitalization in a part of East Baltimore where a variety of housing conditions prevail, and a variety of housing types for various income levels is needed. Having developed the strategy with significant community input and data analysis, this grant provided project support to begin implementation of the strategy.
