Rails-to-Trails Conservancy (RTC) is dedicated to the creation of a nationwide network of multi-use trails that enhance the environment, transportation, economy, neighborhoods and people. In Baltimore, RTC and the Baltimore Greenway Trails Coalition, comprising nearly sixty local organizations and agencies, seek to create a 35-mile world-class network of urban trails that link together diverse neighborhoods, cultural amenities, and outdoor resources. This grant supported community engagement efforts.
