The Central Baltimore Partnership (CBP) has served as the catalyst for investment and revitalization of the area from Mount Royal Avenue north to 23rd Street, between Howard Street and Greenmount Avenue. This grant provided funds for non-capital costs related to CBP’s initiative to preserve the affordability and improve the functionality of Baltimore’s largest arts hub.
