The Maryland Book Bank (MBB) cultivates literacy in under-served neighborhoods by increasing access to quality books in homes, classrooms, and community settings, distributing roughly 500,000 books per year through the Bookmobile, Home Library Project, and Community Memberships. MBB also serves as the lead tenant in the Warehouse Collaborative, home to other grantees, on Union Avenue. This grant provided core operating support.
