For costs to place a part-time community organizer in the Howard Park neighborhood, to maximize community engagement in the planning process for renovation of Calvin Rodwell Elementary School and to work in partnership with the school and Garwyn Oaks Northwest Housing Resource Center to promote the Neighborhood-School Partnership in Howard Park.
