The Goldseker Foundation is the largest Foundation contributor to Johns Hopkins’ Baltimore Scholars Program, which offers full-tuition scholarships for Baltimore City public high school students who are accepted to Johns Hopkins University. Goldseker Scholarships support undergraduates who have declared a major in the School of Arts & Sciences.

To support the provision of need-based scholarship awards to undergraduates from the Baltimore metropolitan area, with special emphasis upon assisting graduates of Baltimore City public high schools.
