B-360 is a Baltimore-based youth development organization that engages young people through dirt bike culture as a pathway to education, workforce development, and civic engagement.
The organization provides hands-on training in STEM, mechanics, and construction, alongside academic support and career exposure. Its mission is to create economic opportunity, promote public safety, and empower Baltimore youth by transforming a grassroots cultural movement into positive community outcomes.
