Baltimore Digital Equity Coalition
The Baltimore Digital Equity Coalition (BDEC) is a collaborative network of over 60 local organizations committed to advancing digital equity and closing the digital divide in Baltimore through collective action.
Formed in 2020, the Coalition connects community partners to coordinate efforts that increase access to internet connectivity, digital devices, skills training, technical support, and advocacy with a focus on equity and social justice. BDEC envisions a city where digital opportunities equitably empower all residents.
