Baltimore Health Corps

Baltimore Health Corps is a public health workforce initiative created to address COVID-19 and strengthen Baltimore City’s long-term public health infrastructure.

The program recruits and trains community health workers and contact tracers to support disease prevention, care coordination, and resource navigation for residents. By combining workforce development with community-based health outreach, Baltimore Health Corps advances health equity, expands economic opportunity, and builds a more resilient local public health system.
