Baltimore Immigrant Community Fund
The Baltimore Immigrant Community Fund (BICF) is a partnership between the Baltimore Civic Fund and the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs (MIMA) dedicated to ensuring Baltimore remains a safe and welcoming city where New Americans are valued and treated with dignity.
BICF currently supports Safe City Baltimore, an initiative focused on protecting immigrant rights through community education, legal support, and direct assistance to families facing crisis or instability.
