Banner Neighborhoods empowers East Baltimore residents with life-enriching programs that strengthen community well-being across generations.
Its mission is to support youth through sports, workforce development, and enrichment activities, and assist older adults with services such as home maintenance and wrap-around support that help them remain connected and thriving in their communities. The organization also offers volunteer and partnership opportunities to enhance local quality of life.
