Bethel Empowerment and Wellness Center
Bethel Empowerment and Wellness Center serves as a community hub dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals and families in West Baltimore’s Historic Marble Hill and Upton communities.
Its mission is to connect residents with critical resources and service providers while advancing community revitalization. Through partnerships, it offers programs in workforce development, health and wellness, financial empowerment, arts and culture, small business development, and community engagement.
