BLK ED Network
BLK ED Network empowers Black Executive Directors in the nonprofit sector by providing access to community, capital, and equitable leadership development.
Launched in 2021 in partnership with Maryland Nonprofits, the organization seeks to close the racial leadership gap and reshape the philanthropic landscape. Its mission is to support Black-led nonprofits in overcoming systemic challenges and to foster inclusion, diversity, and culturally responsive solutions across the sector.
