Central Baltimore Partnership

Central Baltimore Partnership (CBP) is a community quarterback advancing revitalization across eleven Central Baltimore neighborhoods.

CBP convenes more than 150 partners—including universities, hospitals, nonprofits, and government agencies—to align investment and promote equity. Its initiatives include redeveloping vacant properties, supporting small businesses, enhancing public spaces, and expanding opportunities for youth and public health. Acting as a connector and facilitator, CBP drives inclusive, community-led development to strengthen social and economic mobility.
