City Teaching Alliance (CTA), formerly Urban Teachers, prepares equity-focused teachers for urban classrooms through a four-year residency model.
In Baltimore, the program provides intensive classroom experience, coaching, and a master’s degree. Its mission is to improve educational outcomes for underserved students by developing strong, reflective, and committed teachers.
