HARBEL Community Organization is a multi-purpose organization dedicated to building and supporting communities through service, advocacy, and empowerment.

For more than 50 years, HARBEL has been a pillar of strength in Northeast Baltimore, centering its work on three core pillars: housing, prevention and recovery, and community services. Through these areas, HARBEL works to expand opportunities, strengthen neighborhoods, and uplift individuals and families in need through community-rooted support and partnership.
