Literacy Lab
The Literacy Lab provides children from low-income families in Baltimore with individualized reading instruction to improve literacy skills and increase long-term academic success.
Serving children from age three through third grade, the organization partners with local schools and early childhood centers to embed full-time, rigorously trained tutors in classrooms. Baltimore-based AmeriCorps members and Leading Men Fellows deliver targeted early literacy support, helping close the literacy gap and expand opportunity for young learners.
