Mary Harvin Transformation Center
Mary Harvin Transformation Center (MHTC), the community development corporation of Southern Baptist Church, is developing the $32 million Southern Stream Health and Wellness Center in Broadway East.
The 120,000-square-foot project will include commercial, medical/office, and community facilities space, with medical services provided by Johns Hopkins as the anchor tenant. MHTC also acquired a 25,000-square-foot warehouse to create the Southern Bridge Career and Education Center, including childcare, apprenticeship, and certification space.
