Maryland Book Bank

Maryland Book Bank (MBB) bridges the literacy gap by distributing high-quality, age-appropriate books to children, families, and educators across Maryland.

Through initiatives like its Home Library Program, Bookmobile, Educator Boxes, and Story Kits, it helps build home and classroom libraries, empowers readers to choose their own books, and addresses “book deserts” in underserved neighborhoods. MBB is also the lead tenant and lease coordinator for the Warehouse Collaborative, a shared space that houses multiple distribution-focused nonprofits.
