MK Foundation mobilized resources during the COVID-19 pandemic to address food insecurity in Baltimore.

Through Mera Kitchen Collective, the Foundation prepared and delivered thousands of culturally diverse meals to families, seniors, healthcare workers, and others disproportionately impacted by the crisis. By partnering with local chefs and community organizations, the effort both met urgent nutritional needs and supported immigrant and refugee entrepreneurs facing economic hardship during the pandemic.
