Neighborhood Design Center

The Neighborhood Design Center (NDC) provides pro bono and affordable design and planning services to low- and moderate-income communities in Baltimore City.

Its work includes community landscape design, architectural planning, placemaking, green infrastructure, and facilitation. Founded in 1968, NDC mobilizes volunteer design professionals and community partners to help neighborhoods envision and implement equitable, healthy, and vibrant built environments that reflect resident priorities and support long-term community sustainability.
