Project JumpStart, Inc. (PJSI) operates a 15-week pre-apprenticeship construction training program for Baltimore City residents with a high school diploma or GED.
Developed by the construction industry, the program provides hands-on training, strong employer connections, and wraparound support to help graduates begin careers in the building trades. PJSI bridges residents to family-supporting employment while meeting workforce needs in Baltimore’s growing construction sector.
