Southwest Partnership is a coalition of seven neighborhoods and six anchor institutions working to strengthen Southwest Baltimore.
Guided by a shared vision for healthy, vibrant, and equitable communities, it focuses on housing, commercial development, education, historic preservation, public safety, workforce development, and walkability. By convening residents and partners, the Partnership coordinates investment and planning to revitalize historic neighborhoods and improve quality of life for current and future residents.
