Springboard Collaborative closes the literacy gap by coaching teachers, training family members, and cultivating reading habits so children develop the literacy skills needed to access future opportunities.
Its evidence-based Family-Educator Learning Accelerator model strengthens collaboration between schools and families through teacher coaching, parent workshops, and individualized reading goals. In Baltimore, Springboard partners with Baltimore City Public Schools to improve early literacy and family engagement.
